Welcoming members in the NCR. This group is for direct actions, calling congresspeople, setting up protests. We keep asking for someone to do something, we need to be the someone and do something.

We are friends and neighbors residing in Franconia, Virginia, committed to nonviolent protest against the increasing authoritarianism of the Trump administration.

This is a daily visibility effort from 4:30-6:30 pm weekdays on the overpass in Fairlington over I395. You can park on the street or at 3120 Abington Street S in Arlington, VA. We display banners that say "NO KINGS" , "RESIST" as well as a variety of flags: US, Canadian, Ukrainian, Gay Pride, EU, Mexico, etc. We stand and wave to the traffic below, which responds to us with honks and waves.

Fairfax Indivisible is part of the fight against the second Trump administration’s plan to deconstruct the federal government and replace it with an authoritarian regime. We focus on: dispelling the misguided notion that Trump is all powerful or has the consent of the people for his actions; demanding each member of Congress conduct aggressive oversight or we will work to replace them with those who will; advocating for progressive legislation and policies; where possible providing support to communities affected by the administration’s punitive policies, and; supporting free and fair elections and the democratic transfer of power.

Love Letter Organization is a youth grassroots org that builds political and community action among teens in working-class and BIPOC neighborhoods. Indivisible Farmville is a clearing house and coordinator for all of the resistance efforts in the Farmville area.

This group is for White women who aim to protect Black & Brown women from ICE, the Police, MAGA & the government. We are on site, using our White bodies & privilege to protect our neighbors from physical harm. Northern Virginia Voices is a group of McLean neighbors who are outraged with what is happening in our country.

We began in Nov 2016 with 12 people in McLean/Arlington/Falls Church. Now at 400+ members (from VA, MD, DC, etc.), we have meetings, guest speakers, phone banks, activism training, canvassing, postcard parties, text/phone banks, fundraisers, and more.We often coordinate activities with other Indivisible-affiliated and other groups, including Blue Virginia, We of Action WofA), Moms Demand, etc.

Organized the first No Kings event in Norfolk; continues to organize participation in Indivisible’s nationwide campaigns and other efforts as appropriate. Collaborates with COVA Coalition, South Hampton Roads Indivisible and other interests fostering sustained resistance.

ShenCo Indivisible seeks to provide a home for inclusive, informed, and engaged citizens to protect, advocate, and implement progressive values, policies and programs at all levels.

A group of seniors in residential living appalled at the actions of the current administration, especially in regard to essential government programs such as medicaid, medicare and social security. We write and perform Guerilla Theatre (think flashmobs but with theatre). 5-7 minute plays with the desire to make people think about their actions and what they support.
